Three service formats
Dedicated-bay charging is reserved for the tenant of a particular equipped parking space. Shared-estate charging is booked by eligible estate parking customers, while coin-parking chargers add the separate coin-parking charge.
Parking and charging are separate
A typical flow is to sign a parking agreement with UR, enroll once in the charging provider's app, and then reserve the time and charger. Ask the provider about price and charging speed.
Check both estate and bay availability
An estate appearing on the service list does not mean a dedicated bay is vacant. Ask UR about the parking space and the provider about current service operation.
Frequently asked questions
Is a UR parking agreement enough to charge?
Usually not. A separate agreement with the charging provider may be required. Check the estate's service type.
Is every charger dedicated to my own bay?
No. UR distinguishes dedicated-bay, shared-estate and coin-parking installations.
