Points from rent payments
UR currently says an enrolled new tenant receives three points per ¥500 of normal rent instead of one for 60 months, plus 1,000 points in their birthday month from one year after moving in. Promotional terms can change.
Apply separately after contracting
Follow the guide provided by the UR office at contracting and use the dedicated postcard or “Ponta with UR” site. Agreement to Ponta membership terms and member-information registration may be required.
